Once defined the Experience Principles, I’ve worked with Solution Architect and Product Managers to create innovative product concepts or prioritise improvements. I’ve defined information architectures and navigation systems, designed wireframes, clickable prototype or realised interfaces directly on system platforms. To validate concepts and designs I’ve planned and run usability testing. Finally, created UX/UI guidelines and documentation.
