Overview

The international insurance firm financial department decided to to redesign and enhance the existing agent onboarding system using the out-of-the-box Salesforce Experience Cloud features.

What I’ve done

As Principal UX Consultant, I played a pivotal part in steering a previous solution facing potential failure.

  1. Evaluated the existing design mock-ups compared to business requirements and user needs;
  2. Facilitated stakeholders discovery workshops aimed at clarifying requirements and prioritising key functionalities;
  3. Presented the results of the audit and received the client stakeholders validation of the analysis;
  1. Defined new personas’s journeys;
  2. Accordingly assessed the dashboard and landing pages designs, and designed new high-fidelity wireframes;
  3. Incorporated the company’s branding;
  4. Created templates to adapt partner brands;
  5. Created design guidelines, to handover developers and for future implementations.

Conclusions

As a result, the stakeholders approved the solution presented and the consultancy project team won the following implementation phase.
