Design & Testing

From Design Concept to Validation Testing and Launch!

After establishing the Experience Principles, I’ve collaborated with Solution Architects and Product Managers to develop innovative product concepts and prioritise enhancements. To assess these concepts and designs, I organised and conducted usability testing.

I’ve also defined information architectures and navigation systems, designed wireframes, created clickable prototypes, and implemented interfaces directly on system platforms. Ultimately, I’ve produced UX/UI guidelines and comprehensive documentation.

Summary
