After the launch of the digital product, whether it is a minimum viable product (MVP) or an updated version, I have implemented a strategy to observe user behaviour, gather analytics, and conduct surveys to collect user feedback.

Following the monitoring activity, I have examined the data and offered suggestions to enhance usability and user engagement.

  • Conducted preliminary analysis of user behaviour and demographic data to confirm business requirements and define the scope of research focused on enhancing user engagement.
  • Initiated both quantitative and qualitative research studies following the launch to gather user feedback and enhance the user experience in alignment with their needs and business objectives.
  • Developed a strategy for collecting behavioral and demographic data within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment.
  • Established a post-launch data collection framework to assess performance metrics. Defined Google Analytics objectives and targets to capture user data in relation to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducted extraction and analysis of current analytics data to pinpoint areas for potential enhancement in relation to performance and business objectives.
